The outage was caused by a series of actions beyond our control: a vulnerability in cpanel, a crucial bit of software used by 70 million websites on servers around the world. Different providers reacted differently, and unfortunately ours was not one that brought servers back online, which the provider never successfully explained or justified.
But now we’re back with the support of an impeccable provider, and hopefully the site works as well as or better than before.
